FC Barcelona has signed a contract with Limak Construction for the renovation and expansion of the Spotify Camp Nou Stadium. The contract is in the form of Design - Build, and the project is expected to be completed by July 2026.
The project involves the renovation of the existing bottom two levels of the stands, while the top 3rd stage of the existing stands will be completely demolished and rebuilt. The new construction area is approximately 220,000 m2, and the area to be renovated is approximately 75,000 m2.
Scope of Work: Creating mechanical & electrical BIM models as per BEP and client requirements for construction phase.
